Our Mission
To help young athletes aged 8 - 14 years build strong, resilient, coordinated bodies through age - appropriate strength, conditioning, and movement training - rooted in science and inspired by elite athletic preparation.
Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or simply needs support to move better, feel fitter, and stay injury - free, our science - led approach prepares them for sport, activity and future gym training.

Core Motion is led by an ex-semi-professional rugby union and league player, IronMan triathlete, qualified sports scientist, Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach / Assessor and PE teacher with over 22 years of experience working with young people.
