At Core Motion, we use proven, science-based approaches to support children of all abilities, helping them develop the core movement skills they need to move well, stay active, and feel confident.

Elite Performance Pathway LTAD Level 3-5

​The "Elite pathway" is expertly designed for young athletes eager to enhance their performance in sports and physical activities. This highly focused programme empowers participants to use a strength and plyometric training base to maximise speed, agility, and power. Linear and lateral movements, both running and jumping, will be the primary focus. Individual standards will be monitored, and participants will receive their profile and progress reports in S&C, speed, and agility at the start and end of each 10-week programme.

Rise to the Top Pathway LTAD Level 2-3

The "Rise to the Top" Programme is expertly designed for young athletes to focus on the fundamentals that underpin all movements in competitive environments. This highly focused programme empowers participants to develop whole-body strength and correct any motor-skill deficiencies. This will enable them to run faster, accelerate and decelerate with control, and demonstrate agility that can be applied across a range of sports. Individual standards will be monitored, and participants will receive their profile and progress reports in S&C, speed, and agility at the start and end of each 10-week programme.

Future-Ready Fitness Pathway LTAD Level 1-3

"​Future ready" is designed for young athletes who want to build confidence, move better, and improve their overall fitness. The programme focuses on developing the fundamental movement skills that support everyday activity and all types of physical exercise. Participants will build whole-body strength and improve key motor skills that help them feel stronger, move with control, and enjoy being active. These skills can be applied to any sport or recreational activity, or simply to feel fitter and healthier. Individual progress will be monitored, and participants will receive a profile and progress report in strength, speed, and agility at the start and end of each 10-week programme.
