Core Motion provides specialist strength and conditioning (S&C), speed and power sessions for young athletes aged 8–14. We focus on fundamental movement skills and safe training habits in a specialist studio.

To help young athletes aged 8-14 years build strong, resilient, coordinated bodies through age - appropriate strength, conditioning, and movement training, rooted in science and inspired by elite athletic preparation.​

Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or simply needs support to move better, feel fitter, and stay injury free, our science - led approach prepares them for sport, activity and future gym training.
