Core Motion provides specialist strength and conditioning (S&C), speed and power sessions for young athletes aged 8–14. We focus on fundamental movement skills and safe training habits in a specialist studio.

To help young athletes aged 8-14 years build strong, resilient, coordinated bodies through age - appropriate strength, conditioning, and movement training, rooted in science and inspired by elite athletic preparation.
Whether your child is an aspiring athlete or simply needs support to move better, feel fitter, and stay injury free, our science - led approach prepares them for sport, activity and future gym training.
